About the speaker

Dr. Ben Scripture received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame in 1998.  He graduated from Grace Theological Seminary, Winona Lake, in 1987 (M.Div.) and from the University of California at Berkeley in 1976 (B.A., Zoology).  His professional experience includes post doctoral research in the field of RNA structure and function at Notre Dame, five years of research in protein structure and molecular biology at the Case Western Reserve University Medical School, and teaching biology and biochemistry at Grace College and Manchester College.  He has articles published in the Journal of Biological Chemistry and the Journal of Molecular Biology.  His radio program, “Scripture On Creation" is broadcast on the Good News Network in the southeastern US, and on the Wilkins Radio Network in various cities across the US.  Ben has been one of the teaching elders in Bethany Fellowship, Warsaw, IN since 1987.  He has been married to Dr. Karen Scripture since 1978; they have two children and 8 grandchildren.
